Purchase, Privacy and Support Policies

123Sync.com abides to the principles that all software delivery should be done using the Internet in a downloadable form. 

Purchase Policies

All 123Sync.com products are available in electronic, downloadable form only. No materials are shipped. After the product is purchased, you receive an e-mail with the license number that fully enables the product to function indefinitely. 

Return Policy

  • All activated 123Sync.com products are non-refundable. Before purchasing, please download the product and evaluate it. 123Sync.com provides fully functional products that can be downloaded and evaluated before purchase. Once the product is activated and used, it is non-refundable.
  • No refunds are provided after 30 days of purchase.

123Sync.com products are licensed to the user and machine where it is installed. Each license number is unique 123Sync.com keeps track of all the licenses. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the installed machine and user.

Time Restricted Licenses are only valid until the expiration time. Once the license expires, you must purchase a new license. 123 Sync cannot provide license extensions unless payment is received.

Upgrade Policy for one-time licenses: Licenses without expiration date
Unless stated otherwise, all customers receive free upgrades for 30 days after purchasing product.

Permanent or 1-Time Licenses:

  • 1-Time licenses do not expire.
  • 1-Time licenses are specific to the version of Act!.
  • 1-Time licenses are non-transferable i.e. they cannot be transferred to a different computer.
  • 1-Time licenses can be upgraded at 30% discount off the list price.
  • 1-Time licenses are specific to 1 computer only. They can not be used on other computers.
  • 1-Time licenses can only be reactivated 2 times (in case the computer crashes).
  • 1-Time licenses cannot be activated 2 years after purchase.

Policy for Time Limited licenses i.e. licenses that are valid until an expiration date
Customers have the right to receive unlimited upgrades/improvements of 123 Sync while the license is valid. Once the licensed timeframe expires, the product will cease to function unless a new license is purchased.

Credit Card Policy
123Sync.com processes all credit cards on the day of receipt. All cards are charged in U.S. dollars. Credit cards are processed by third parties and no credit card details are kept by 123Sync.com.

Money Order and Check Policy
123Sync.com accepts both money orders and checks in U.S. denomination only. Wire transfers incur an additional $25.00 processing fee.

Privacy Policies

123Sync.com is the only owner of the information obtained in this web site. Our policy is not to sell, share, or rent our user information.

Online Purchases and Credit Cards
All our online purchases are handled by an outside company. We do not keep any credit card information from our customer base. Any credit card issues must be dealt with the eCommerce provider chosen to process that credit card. 123Sync.com does not keep ANY credit card information from its customers.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of sites that we link with or are linked to. Please read the site's privacy policy.

We periodically send out newsletters. If you have provided us with your email, you will receive the newsletter. Instructions to unsubscribe are included in the newsletter.

Trial Downloads
All our products may be downloaded and tried before you purchase.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 123Sync.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software products or the failure to provide support services.

Support Policies


All automated support is free, including email license activation. 123Sync.com charges for all personal support incidents involving an individual from 123Sync.com. 

Installation Policy

If you purchased a 123 Sync installation, the support is only for the installation on ONE machine.


Transferring a license from one PC to another

In some cases, we allow users to transfer a license from a PC to another. When this occurs, you forfeit ALL non-paid support from 123 Sync and you MUST purchase support if you need help on the new machine. 


30 Day Phone Support  Policy

123Sync.com provides free installation support 30 days after the purchase of the product for the original installation. We will not provide any usage support. If you require specific training on 123 Sync, please purchase a 1-hour training session  from our support page.
